Thank you for shopping with Cahaba Clothing Company.

Because all of our products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners, each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This approach helps us reduce waste, maintain quality, and focus on creating products that reflect a lifestyle rooted in faith, family, and the outdoors.

Order Processing & Production

All orders are custom made after purchase.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships. During new product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, production times may be extended.

Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Varies by carrier and destination

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment when it becomes available.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Cahaba Clothing Company cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.

Please note that Cahaba Clothing Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
